The President interpreted the support of the Western countries, led by the United States, to the Zionist Regime as a green light for these countries to carry out the crimes of this regime in Gaza and said, "Today, the Palestinian nation needs the effective support of the world and especially the unity of the Islamic countries, more than ever before, so that the Zionist Regime's war machine in committing crimes and genocide is stopped".
Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi held a telephone conversation with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, about practical ways to support the oppressed Palestinian nation.
Referring to the unprecedented increase in the crimes of the Zionist Regime in the killing of Palestinian women and children, while creating a deplorable humanitarian situation by cutting off water and electricity and blocking the entry of food and medicine to Gaza, the President stressed the need to take a decisive, unified and clear position by Islamic countries in support of the oppressed people of Palestine.

Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar, in this telephone conversation, also described today's events in Gaza as proof of the double and disgraced policies of the Western countries and stated, "The countries of the region and the Islamic countries can stop the war machine of the Zionist Regime with their unity".
Emphasising his country's position in supporting the rights of the Palestinian nation in self-determination and self-defence, the Emir of Qatar said, "The Zionist Regime has violated all international rules and humanitarian frameworks and does not refrain from committing any crime".
