Considering it necessary to present a new plan for economic cooperation by the Joint Economic Commission of Iran and Cuba, the President said that the fields of nanotechnology and biotechnology, as well as power plant and mining sectors are among the areas where the two countries can cooperate with each other.
In his official visit to Cuba, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi attended the meeting of Iranian and Cuban businesspeople on Thursday and described relations between Iran and Cuba as good and developing and said, "Iran and Cuba can have good cooperation with each other in the fields of nanotechnology and biotechnology".
Considering it necessary to present a new plan for economic cooperation by the joint economic commission of Iran and Cuba, the President described the power plant and mining sectors as one of the areas where the two countries can cooperate with each other.
Ayatollah Raisi stated that the Islamic Republic's policy is cooperation in technical, economic, biotechnology, nanotechnology and healthcare fields with Cuba.
