In addition to condemning the terrorist attack on the holy shrine of Shahcheragh, the President said that the message of people's presence in the streets of Shiraz and other cities of the country was a decisive confrontation with terrorists and to ensure the security of the country.
Speaking at the meeting of the cabinet on Sunday, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi expressed condolences for the martyrdom of citizens in the terrorist attack in the Holy Shrine of Shahcheragh in Shiraz, and appreciated the magnificent presence of people in the funeral ceremony and honouring the status of these martyrs in different cities.
The President said that the bitter attack in Shiraz was the objectification of part of the enemy's goal in creating insecurity and disrupting people's lives through unrest, sedition and terror.
He added, "The authorities are obliged to do their best to maintain the peace and security of the country and serve the people and remove the obstacles that hinder their business, education and daily life".

Ayatollah Raisi stated that the most important duty of the officials to deal with the enemy's plots is to work and make continuous and timely efforts to solve the problems of the people and the progress of the country.
In another part of his speech, Dr Raisi emphasised on the full implementation of the laws and referring to the demand of the people and non-governmental organisations to solve the problem of air pollution, and required all relevant institutions to implement the clean air law unconditionally and added, "If a department could not fulfil its legal duties, it must declare the reason".
Referring to the imminent start of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the President assigned the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to interact with Qatari officials in this important sports event to provide the ground for predicting and preventing possible problems.
Referring to the report of the Vice-President for Women and Family Affairs, Ayatollah Raisi appreciated the measures taken to empower women heads of the household and also the cooperation with the Ministry of Education to equip girls' schools.
