Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi appointed Dr Adel Azar as Advisor to the President and Head of Institute for Management and Planning Studies. Dr Adel Azar was born in Dehloran in 1966 and has a doctorate in management and is a member of the faculty of university.
