Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi appointed Dr Mohammad Dehghan as Vice-President for Legal Affairs. Dr Dehghan was born in 1962 in Mashhad and holds a Ph.D. in private law and is a war veteran. He was the representative of the Islamic Consultative Assembly for four rounds and a member of the Guardian Council.
