According to Article 87 and Article 133 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and with regard to the vote of confidence of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, President Rouhani appointed Dr Kazem Khavazi as Minister of Agriculture Jihad.
President Hassan Rouhani's letter of appointment reads:

Dear Dr Kazem Khavazi,
According to Article 87 and Article 133 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and with regard to the vote of confidence of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, you are being appointed as "Minister of Agriculture Jihad" to take advantage of all your talent and eligible managers for advancing the plans of the 12th Government and priorities instructed by the President.
I wish you success in carrying out your legal responsibilities and serving Islam and the noble people of Iran by relying on the Almighty and coordinating with the Council of Ministers in the path of moderation and upholding the Code of Ethics of the Government of Prudence and Hope.
