President Rouhani made the remarks in an address to a large crowd of people in the western Iranian city of Hamedan on Tuesday.

President said the Islamic Republic has succeeded in not only having the sanctions resolutions annulled – without even a moment of having implemented them – but also in establishing its right to uranium enrichment “not just as a slogan but through UN resolutions.”

President reiterated that JCPOA is the direct result of Iranians' resistance, military vigilance and day and night efforts by negotiating team.

Pointing to the 23-month persistent nuclear talks to remove ominous shadow of war and to return security to the country, Dr.Rouhani said, "JCPOA led to the cancellation of tyrannical and inhumane resolutions against Iran, an effort which is the result of resistance of Iranian people, military vigilance, efforts by brave negotiating team and Leader guidelines."

According to the recent resolution on Iran's nuclear program, Dr.Rouhani reiterated, all the countries are responsible to help further develop and improve Iran's nuclear technology.

Pointing to the current issues inside the country, President Rouhani expressed hope the deal will end economic problems in the country, including inflation rate.

“We have promised the people that we would reduce the inflation rate step by step. [Iran's] Statistics Center released figures two days ago, which show that... inflation has fallen below 14 percent and reached 13.8,” he said.

President also pointed to the visits of high-ranking delegations from different countries to Iran, including Italy, Germany, Britain, etc., and underlined that the economic relations will be expanded once the sanctions are lifted.

President said all must obey the law and no one should resent doing it.
We are proud of being faithful to law, said the President.
Referring to the upcoming elections in Iran in the next six months, President Rouhani called for national unity to hold the elections magnificently.

President Rouhani also introduced the operation of 42 construction projects in transportation, health, water supply and infrastructure in Hamadan Province by the end of current Iranian year, ending March 21, 2016.

Completions of Hamedan-Tehran railway, implementation of 11 tourism projects, agricultural growth, energy and industrial projects by the end of next year, are among the objectives on president's agenda during his visit to Iran's western province.
