Iranian ambassadors to Ivory Coast, Uzbekistan meet with President

New Ambassadors of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Ivory Coast and Uzbekistan met with Dr Hassan Rouhani before leaving for their country of mission.

President while receiving new Ambassador of Bangladesh credentials:

Iran willing to cement ties with Bangladesh in all fields/ Appreciating Bangladesh for hosting Rohingya Muslims

President of the Islamic Republic of Iran stated that relations between Iran and Bangladesh have always been friendly and expressed hope that these relations further deepen in bilateral and international fields.

President while receiving new Afghan Ambassador’s credentials:

Iran backs Afghanistan’s national sovereignty, unity, integrity/ Iran ready to help establish sustainable peace in Afghanistan

President stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran and Afghanistan have many historical and cultural common points, and said, “Tehran supports Afghanistan’s national sovereignty, unity and integrity”.

President while receiving new Bolivian Ambassador’s credentials:

Iran willing to cement ties with Bolivia in all fields/ Tehran, La Paz alongside each other for realising strategic goals

President of the Islamic Republic of Iran stressed development of relations with Bolivia in all fields of mutual interest, saying, “Our region and Latin America have long been facing issues, which we consider as having one root cause, and that is the interference and abuse by major powers”.

President while receiving new Italian Ambassador’s credentials:

Iran determined to deepen ties with Italy

President described relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Italy friendly and historical, saying, “The Islamic Republic of Iran is determined to develop ties with Italy”.

President stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran is always ready to establish friendly and brotherly relations with all Islamic states, especially its neighbours, saying, "The aim that major world powers, especially the United States, are pursuing in the region is nothing but creating division and emptying the treasuries of Islamic countries".
