The Honourable President of Turkmenistan,
I sincerely congratulate your Excellency, the government, and the people of Turkmenistan on the independence day of the country.
I am confident that we will witness further development of ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Turkmenistan with further attempts by the authorities of the two countries.
I pray to the Almighty for your Excellency’s health and success, as well as the Turkmenistan nation's prosperity and felicity.
