Ayatollah Raisi at the National Conference of the Judiciary:

Society will be strengthened by the administration of justice/ The key to the success of the system is cohesion of forces under the leadership of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution

Emphasising the importance of administering justice in society, the President said, "There should be an appendix of justice in decision-making, and it is necessary to constantly monitor how close we are to observing justice in decisions”.

Speaking on Monday morning in the National Conference of the Judiciary with the presence of the heads of the judiciary, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi congratulated the Judiciary Week to the managers and employees and hardworking judges of the judiciary and commemorating the martyrs of 28 June 1981 and the oppressed martyr Dr Beheshti, saying, "The Hypocrites, with the help of the domination, decided to physically assassinate the revolutionary front, the current of the revolution and the symbols of the revolution or defame them”.
Regarding the destruction of the current of hypocrisy in the early years of the revolution, Ayatollah Raisi stated, "They wanted to deviate the current of the revolution and pave the way for the re-domination of the domination system in this country, but God helped the revolution to win over them”.
The President continued in this regard, "In these 40 years, every incident that happened in the country and every sedition was created, the traces of the current of hypocrisy can be seen in it. The current of hypocrisy has always tried to continue its mischief with the support of the domination system, but they have not succeeded and will not succeed”.
Emphasising that the legacy and enlightened path of Martyr Beheshti will continue, Dr Raisi referred to his efforts to structure the Islamic system and said, "The existing structuring in the Islamic system is the result of the thought and pen of Martyr Beheshti”.
Praising the services of the staff and judges of the Judiciary, Ayatollah Raisi stated, "Many employees of this anonymous and sincere branch are working for security and justice in different parts of the country”.
The President also praised the efforts and services of Hojjatoleslam Mohseni Ejei in the judiciary, saying, "The discourse that should be followed in the judiciary and the system as a whole is to maintain and promote social trust to increase people's hope for the system and the judiciary”.
Emphasising that the Islamic society is based on justice, rationality, spirituality and morality, Dr Raisi said, "A just law is implemented by just executors”.
In another part of his speech, describing and defining corruption, the President said, "Whenever something goes out of moderation, it becomes corruption and will be anti-justice”.
The President added, "Time changes methods, but values are always constant. We must insist on values and know what society needs and play a role accordingly”.
Emphasising that the administration of justice has no compatibility with poverty, corruption and discrimination, Ayatollah Raisi said, "If justice is administered in the economy, we will see poverty weakened”.
Emphasising the need to prevent crime in the country, the President said, "All agencies in the country have a role and responsibility in crime prevention”.
Appreciating the expert opinions of other branches, Ayatollah Raisi said, "The government considers the opinions of the parliament and the judiciary as its help and welcomes it”.
Emphasising the need for the cohesion of all forces, Dr Raisi said, "The key to our success is the cohesion of all branches, the armed forces and all the servants under the leadership of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution”.
Expressing hope for the economic and cultural future of the country, Ayatollah Raisi stated, "Although we are witnessing backwardness, the serious will of all of us is to strive for progress and justice”.
"Experience has shown us that wherever people have participated, it has been our strength, so we want to get help from the people to get things done," the President said.
Referring to the problems and shortcomings in the judiciary, Dr Raisi emphasised the government's assistance to the judiciary, and said, "We agree with the proposal of the head of the judiciary to reduce court costs and easy access to justice”.
