Ayatollah Raisi addressing the people of Kulob, Tajikistan:

Iran-Tajikistan relations cordial, based on culture/ Iranian, Tajik nations have much in common / We’re determined to deepen ties with Tajikistan in all fields

The President said that the two nations of Iran and Tajikistan have many things in common, including common language, culture and religion, adding, "Our relations goes beyond political issues and the two countries have deep cordial and cultural ties."

In the last leg of his three-day trip to Tajikistan after visiting the tomb of Sayyed Mir Ali Hamedani in Kulob, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi addressed the people of the city, saying, "We are determined to develop relations with Tajikistan in all fields”.
Stating that we know your heart is with the Islamic Revolution of Iran and you are familiar with the personality of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the great leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Raisi said, "I am very delighted that I had the chance to meet with you dear people and visit the tomb of a great man who has served the people”.
"We have a very deep heart and cultural connection with the good people of Tajikistan, and this cultural connection between us and you is a great asset that, God willing, will increase day by day," the president said.
At the end of his speech to the people of Kulab and at the end of his three-day visit to Tajikistan, Ayatollah Raisi thanked the Speaker of the Tajik Parliament, who accompanied him on his visit to Kulob, as well as local officials.
