The passing of the good scientist, dextrous surgeon, and brilliant scientific figure in Iran and the world, Dr Ali Asghar Khodadoost, caused great grief and sorrow.

I hereby express my condolences to the medical community of the country, his students and followers, the honourable people of Fars province and his respectable family, and pray to the Almighty for his mercy, and his family's patience and well-being.
