Referring to readiness of the two countries to foster mutual relations, the President expressed hope that Tehran-Ashgabat cooperation would witness a significant boost in all areas in the near future. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
He then congratulated Berdymukhamedov on his re-election as President of Turkmenistan as well as the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the two nations. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Turkmen president, for his part, described the Islamic Republic of Iran as a reliable partner in regional and international affairs. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Expansion of ties with Tehran is considered as Ashgabat&amp;#39;s top priority, the Turkmen president noted. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
