President: All world nations waiting for Bush to leave office
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Tuesday that Mr. Bush (the US president) has acted in such a way that all nations in the world are waiting for him to leave office.
Ahmadinejad, addressing a news conference on the sidelines of D8 Summit in Malaysia, added that the current administration in America, led by Mr. Bush, has tarnished its own and the American people's reputation before world nations.
The president further said that the American people do not like their government to be a flag-bearer of bullying, aggression and genocide in the world.
The Americans also do no like hundreds of billions of dollars worth of their assets to be spent for war-mongering policy of the US administration, he said.
As a result, he said, the US policy-makers try to keep oil prices high and increase taxes in order to make good on their huge war expenditures.
Ahmadinejad: Iranians, a peace-seeking nation
Ahmadinejad said that Iranians are a peace-seeking nation.
He added that the Iranian nation advocates justice and friendship among all world nations.
The president further called on Europeans to separate their own fates from that of the US, underlining that the Iranian nation will powerfully defend its rights and is determined to resist aggressions and injustice.
Ahmadinejad also advised big powers to stop tyranny, crime and selfishness.
Ahmadinejad: Zionist regime inherently doomed to annihilation
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that the Zionist regime is inherently doomed to annihilation and there is no need for Iranians to take action.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of D8 summit in Malaysia, he said the Zionists themselves are well aware of the fact that their time is over.
"They label us as aggressors but this is a big lie because the Iranian nation throughout the history never attacked any nation," he said.
The Zionists are assigned to commit crimes, threaten others and invade Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon as well as threaten Iran and Iraq, he said.
On current developments in Palestine, he said Iran has proposed a free referendum for all Palestinians around the world but the so-called advocates of democracy have opposed it, he said.
The Zionists are infidel and have no faith in religions, he said.
Ahmadinejad: All should urge US, UK to dismantle their nuclear weapons
He said that the governments and nations should urge the US and Britain to annihilate their nuclear weapons.
He said "Iran never yields to any illegal and unjust word, no matter it comes from group 5+1, 10+10 or 2+2. We call for dialogue and never makes demand beyond our legitimate rights."
The fact is that no nations let alone Iranian nation trust them, he said, adding that to prove this claim "I advise them to hold referendum in the world to find out the realities."
People in the US and Britain do not trust their governments, he said adding that "We think it is time for some governments to win confidence of the Iranian nation." "We hope they can make good on their misdeeds," he said.
"As I have already said the era of domination, unilateralism, discrimination and bullying is now over."
"Why should the US administration be allowed to produce nuclear bombs and use it against people but other nations should be deprived of benefiting from peaceful nuclear energy?" he asked.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has time and again declared that Iran's nuclear activities are of peaceful nature, he said.
"The time is ripe for world nations to urge the US and UK to destroy their nuclear weapons and if this happens there will remain no concern about existence of nuclear weapons in the world," he said.
Ahmadinejad rules out possibility of military confrontation
President said that no confrontation will take place in the region.
He adding that Iran will spares no efforts to promote security and peace in the world.
Some nations and governments around the world are worried that Tehran's nuclear program would trigger a war between Iran and the US or Israel, he said, adding that on the contrary Iran is making efforts to prevent a new confrontation.
The president reiterated, "We are making all-out efforts to expand peace and security in the world. You should not be concerned about a new war."
Ahmadinejad: Iran to cut off aggressors hands
Ahmadinejad said that the Iranian nation will cut off hands of every aggressor before they can touch trigger.
He underlined that the Iranian nation is united and ready to defend its rights, and will definitely cut off aggressors' hands.
He said that there are numerous thinkers in the US who will not allow (US President George W) Bush to commit such a political suicide.
Of course the current economic, political and military situation in the US will not allow the US president to embark on such an act, Ahmadinejad further said.
Elsewhere in his remarks, he underlined that Tehran is mulling the package of proposals of the Group 5+1 on Iran's peaceful nuclear program.
The Islamic Republic of Iran's stance on nuclear issue is obvious and based on observing law and justice for all, the president also said.
"No one in Iran will retreat even by one inch from the country's indisputable nuclear right. However, we advocate negotiations under just and reasonable situation," he noted.
Iran ready to talk with US candidates
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that since Iran favors dialogue, it is ready to hold talks with the US presidential candidates before mass media.
He made the remark at a press conference on the sideline of D8 Summit in Kuala Lumpur in response to a question whether Iran will agree to hold talks with Barack Obama, if he voices his readiness to do the same during his imminent visit to the Mideast.
"Last year, I announced in the UN Headquarters at New York that I am ready to talk with Bush about the global issues and now I also declare that I am prepared to debate with the US presidential candidates," the president said.
Asked by Reuters about Iran's stance on nuclear issue, Ahmadinejad said, "Our nuclear position completely is clear: law and justice for all." "We will never withdraw from our positions even by an inch," he underlined.
Underscoring dialogue under just conditions, he also said that Iran has always favored negotiations but within the context of law and justice.
Commenting on a possible attack on Iran by the US, as asked by the Reuters correspondent, he also said that this is more like a comic play than a serious issue.
"Not only Bush but also his allies are not able to deal a tiny blow to Iran," the chief executive said, adding that there are many wise men in the US who will not allow Bush to commit 'such a political suicide'.
Stating that its economic and political conditions will never allow Bush to do the same, Ahmadinejad also said that the Iranian nation is united and prepared to defend its rights.
