Paying Iran's membership fees in international organisations authorised/Gov't debts, credits from private, state companies to be traded with IPO, TAO/RAI designated as executive body for constructing Tehran-Qom-Isfahan express railway/Credit allocated to NAJA for preventing unaccepted security incidents

The Council of Ministers convened on Wednesday in a regular weekly session and discussed issues such as settling government's debts, constructing Tehran-Qom-Isfahan express railway, and allocating credit to the police for preventing unaccepted security incidents.

In the session that was chaired by President Rouhani, the cabinet approved that Iran's membership feed in the international organisations and institutions be paid for the new Iranian year.

The debts and credits of the government from private and state companies were also decided to be traded with Iranian Privatisation Organisation (IPO) and Tax Affairs Organisation (TAO).

The Islamic Republic of Iran Railways (RAI) was also designated as the executive body for constructing Tehran-Qom-Isfahan express railway.

Approximately $18.7m of credit was also allocated to the police (NAJA) to secure borders and prevent unaccepted security incidents.
