He continued: “Shortcomings of the first ten years after the implementation of Outlook 1404 should be compensated in the second decade”.

Dr Rouhani added: “Interaction with the world in the field of technology helps us achieve our development goals”.

“Imam was a community on his own and he taught us the lesson of life along with spirituality,” said Rouhani, adding: “Imam Khomeini was the Abraham of his time”.

Dr Rouhani went on saying: “Imam’s lesson was persistence on principles and dynamism in attitudes and management”.

He continued: “Moderation was Imam Khomeini’s fixed policy and going to extremes did not have a role in his way of thinking”.

“Accepting Resolution 598 was based on principles, moderation and preserving national interests,” said the President.

To boost employment rate, the only way is economic prosperity, said Rouhani adding: “Criticisms and different tastes are acceptable but should not lead to struggle and split and, eventually, loss of opportunities”.

He went on saying: “Some have wasted the country’s resources with claims of circumventing sanctions”.

“Foreign policy means realisation of national goals on a less costly path. Some did not believe PMD could be closed and false charges lifted,” Dr Rouhani said.

The outlook of development of Markazi province is positive, added the President saying: “Selling raw materials should be stopped through using technology and investors’ cooperation”.

“Added value of raw materials should remain in Iran’s economy,” continued Rouhani.
