In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan,

President of the Republic of Turkey,

I hereby sincerely express my condolences and sympathy to His Excellency, the government and the friendly and brotherly nation of Turkey.

Iran, as a victim of terrorism has always condemned such brutal measures and believes that these actions bear no fruits.

I asked all-Mighty Allah mercy and forgiveness for the deceased, a rapid recovery for the injured, patience and prosperity for the survivors and prosperity and happiness for the people of Turkey.
