President Hassan Rouhani said as negotiations over Iran's peaceful nuclear program are heading to a conclusion and Western powers have admitted that Iran cannot be stopped in the march to scientific achievements, Iran is ready for enhanced cooperation.

Addressing a joint summit meeting of Shanhgai Cooperation Organization (SCO), BRICS and Eurasia in Ufa, Russia, he also said that an era of threats and sanctions is over and that Tehran is ready for further ties with world's emerging economic powers.
Stressing that Iran is more than ever before for friendship, cooperation, interaction and understanding, he said, in the post-sanctions period, Iran is ready for further cooperation to play a bigger role in global peace, stability and security.
On nuclear negotiations, he said the countries that were moving a wrong path have gathered in Vienna to pass over their self-fabricated crisis, since Western powers have admitted that Iran's scientific development cannot be stopped.
He urged the world leaders present at the Ufa summit meeting to rely on their population which comprises 50 percent of the world and to establish powerful economic governing institutions in order to adopt strategies for new conditions of the twenty first century.
Referring to the significance of scientific and technological achievements in expansion of cultural, social and economic exchanges, Dr.Rouhani said Iran in its capacity of a focal country is seriously interested in diversify its economic ties through more active international participation.
He called adopting of the Foreign Investment Protection Act (FIPA) in Iran as one of most advanced and comprehensive laws of its kind in the region and said, 'In this connection, the Islamic Republic of Iran will have the honor to host in Tehran an important initiative to couple economy and energy at the summit meeting of natural gas producing troika in November.'
President Rouhani also said that overcoming the 21st century's challenges demands multi-literalism, respect of international law, reforming political and economic institutions and development of international cooperation.
'National and regional security and confronting terrorism and violent extremism are the most important areas of modern cooperation,' he added.
'We have to be able to save the countries and peoples entangled in the current crises especially in blind terrorism and prevent spread of the sinister phenomenon. Unfortunately, lack of serious presence and certain disarrangements in our countries to encounter the phenomena have led to critical crises in many regional countries.'
He said Iran as one the most stable countries of the region suggest that terrorism and extremism should be fought with more serious determination and further cooperation.
President Rouhani reiterated his suggestion on a World Against Violence and Extremism (WASP) which was adopted by the United Nations Organization and said, 'I believe that by joining hands, we can purge the region from the menace of most violent crimes of the 21st century.'
