Dr.Rouhani calls for expansion of Ankara and Tehran ties/ Instability and insecurity in the region should stop / Erdoghan: Turkey seeks development of ties with Tehran

The presidents of Iran and Turkey in a joint press conference stressed on need for further development of bilateral relations, promotion of economic relations and fight against terrorism in the region.

President Rouhani announced that the two countries are willing to boost the value of bilateral trade to $30 billion this year.
President Rouhani appreciated the Turkish government's supports for Iran's stances on nuclear negotiations between Tehran and six world powers, saying that Erdogan backed the framework agreement on Iran's peaceful nuclear program recently reached in the Swiss city of Lausanne.
The two sides believed that the nuclear agreement would have a positive effect on the level of Tehran-Ankara cooperation, Dr.Rouhani said.
President stated that Tehran and Ankara should boost bilateral efforts to tackle terrorism in the region, saying, “Together, we should fight terrorism and extremism in order to achieve brotherhood between Muslims and people in the region.”
President Rouhani pointed to insecurity and instability in the region, said:“The two sides agree on the view that instability, insecurity and war should stop in the entire region,” President Rouhani said.
He added that during his meeting with Erdogan before the press conference, the two sides discussed a whole range of issues, including recent developments in Iraq, Syria, Palestine and Yemen.
President said Tehran and Ankara both believe that the bloodshed in Yemen should stop and a full ceasefire should be established in the country.
He went on to say that the two countries agree that providing humanitarian assistance to Yemen should start after the establishment of ceasefire and stability in the Arab country.
President Rouhani added: "We believe that the conditions must be available to send humanitarian aid to Yemen after the establishment of security in this country and help with the participation of other countries to provide the conditions that lead to the establishment of peace, security and stability and the formation of the overall government through the Yemeni - Yemeni talks."
On his part, the Turkish President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed his country's interest to develop relations with Iran in various fields, said: "The negotiations were held today, which is an important step in the development of relations between the two countries."
Turkish President emphasized the fight against terrorism in the region, said: "We must prevent the killing of Muslim through unity and talks."
