In his messages, the president described the event as

manifestation of devotion and worship of God, adding that "I pray to the God Almighty for health, success, dignity and happiness of Muslim nations and their governments."

"I hope Muslims will seize the opportunity to forge unity in order to strengthen their security, spirituality, welfare and friendship," he said.



In related news, First Vice president Parviz Davoudi sent separate messages to his counterparts in Islamic states to congratulate them and their nations on the occasion.
