President issues decrees for new oil industries ministers
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad issued separate decrees for Gholam-Hossein Nozari and Ali-Akbar Mehrabian on Monday as ministers of oil as well as industries and mines, respectively.
The two men replaced Alireza Tahmasbi and Seyed Kazem Vaziri-Hamaneh on August 12, 2007, respectively.
Nozari and Mehrabian won Majlis vote of confidence on November 14 after being introduced by the president to the legislative body on October 31.
In his decrees, President Ahmadinejad expressed hope that the two new ministers would successfully cooperate with the cabinet to achieve goals of the government.
