President names caretaker for education ministry
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad accepted resignation of Education Minister Mahmoud Farshidi on Sunday and named Ali Ahmadi as the ministry's caretaker.
Appreciating Farshidi's efforts in the Education Ministry during a cabinet session, the president said that Ahmadi, president of the Payam Nour University, would take care of the ministry's affairs.
