President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in a meeting with a group of Ulema and scholars of al-Azhar on Tuesday evening local time.

President Ahmadinejad said: “I feel that I am among the great scholars who are thinking about the fact of way, school of the Prophet (PBUH) and redemption all people of the world.

President referring to some remarks by the head and some of Al-Azhar University's scholars on the religious differences issue, stated that what is important today is Unity, empathy and our common mission.

He stressed that we should consider the Problems of human society, such as shortsightedness and tries to remove them.

Dr.Ahmadinejad stated that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has released the perfect religion to the mankind and we believe that Islam is not only for Muslims but for all humanity and Prophet Muhammad having come to save humanity.

President added: “Undoubtedly, there are some ignorant and shortsighted people who make every effort to eradicate discord among Muslims.

Dr.Ahmadinejad said “we should try to introduce Prophet (PBUH) to the humanity and also tries for the sovereignty of God.”
