The President made the remarks on the sidelines of a ceremony to unveil the domestically made fighter ‘Qaher-313’.

President Ahmadinejad stressed that Iran will only use its defensive strength as a deterrent power.

The country's defensive power is not aimed at invading any country, he reiterated.

The fighter was fully designed and made by Iranian experts, the President told reporters, stressing that the plane was equipped with advanced systems.

He stressed that manufacturing of the fighter by Iranian experts indicated that no technology has ever been out of the reach of the Iranian scientists.

The President added that production of the Qaher-313 has proved once more that the Iranians enjoy rich civilization and culture that makes them “unbeatable in the world.”

The ceremony was held on the occasion of the ‘Ten-day Dawn’ celebrations marking the 34th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
