President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here on Friday that reforming educational system is a national and basic program.
He made the remarks in a ceremony marking the inauguration of 680 educational, training and sporting projects around the country.
President lashed out the arrogant powers for their efforts aimed at blocking Iran's scientific progress in different fields.
President Ahmadinejad said that the enemies of the Iranian nation are unable to impede Tehran’s scientific progress.
“Despite the fact that enemies of the Iranian nation are doing their best to stop Tehran’s technological advancement, Islamic Republic is committed to continue its approach towards the highest scientific levels,' he added.
Iran has made huge achievements in various fields of science and technology, from nuclear knowledge to stem cell and nano-technology.
