He made the remarks during a ceremony to inaugurate Pareh power plant in the city of Rezvanshahr on Saturday.

In the ceremony, he said all should strive to help complete and expand the project in order to render services to the Iranian nation at the earliest opportunity.

Lauding the invaluable efforts of all construction workers, officials and investors, he expressed the hope other parts of the power plant would come on stream early next year.

Iranian experts are now among the best designers and constructors of power plants in the world, said the Iranian president, adding that most parts and equipment for construction of gas and steam power plants are now manufactured in Iran.

He expressed the hope that through endeavor of Iranian experts the country would conquer peaks of success and development one after the other.
