In a telephone conversation with Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad of Palestine Ramadan Abdullah, Dr. Ahmadinejad said the resistance and bravery of the Palestinian nation was the key to their victory over Zionist regime.

He underlined unity and solidarity among all Palestinian groups and added the eight-day war proved that the biggest objectives can be achieved through unity.

“Today is the day that all [Palestinian groups] should become united on the basis of the Palestinian cause and stand together until all Palestinian objectives are realized,” he added.

President further stated that Zionist regime was at the end of the road and had no choice but to recognize the "inalienable rights" of the Palestinian nation.

Ramadan Abdullah, for his part, thanked Iran’s support for the Palestinian nation and added that Palestinians and the Islamic resistance will continue to fight Zionist regime until their objectives are realized.
