Iranian nation very powerful in defending themselves
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Wednesday that the history of the Iranian nation has shown that they are very powerful and strong in defending themselves.
Addressing the second national conference on the unity of the Iranian youth, the President referred to the rich Iranian culture stressing that the nation has never been after war.
He noted that no power could ever force Iranians to kneel down by exerting pressures or waging wars.
President Ahmadinejad reiterated that the Iranians have always been seeking peace, justice, brotherhood and prosperity for all people throughout the globe.
Members of the Iranian cabinet are also present in the conference.
An exhibition is also being held on the sideline of the gathering to display handicrafts, cultural products and innovations of the Iranian youth.
