President in his phone conversation wished wellness and happiness for the Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani and peace and prosperity for the Qatari nation.

Dr.Ahmadinejad conferred also with Sheikh Hamad on regional developments and emphasized the need for consensus among Muslim states on regional issues to help to the establishment of peace and security in the region.

Qatar's Emir for his part congratulated Iranian president and nation, the upcoming Eid and called for the expansion of relations between Tehran and Doha.

Dr.Ahmadinejad talked also on the phone talk with Sultan Qaboos of Oman and greeted him on the Eid al-Adha.

President praised Oman's positive role in regional security and Sultan Qaboos efforts to help the expansion of bilateral ties between the two countries.

Sultan Qaboos for his part congratulated Iranian government and nation on the advent of the Eid al-Adha.
