President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad reiterated that all enemy ploys would be foiled to hinder progress and achievements of new technologies.

He said today the great Iranian nation will never surrender to the enemies' ballyhoo and will never stop the speedy forward move in the way of science and knowledge.

President Ahmadinejad lauded the manufacturing of locomotive in the country, and praised domestic expertise which moves in parallel with the contemporary state of the arts.

The president also reminded flag-bearing of the Iranian nation for centuries in different areas including mathematics, astronomy, ethics, morality, monotheism, and social management.
