Upon arrival, the President and his entourage were warmly welcomed by a number of local officials.

President Ahmadinejad is to officially inaugurate the construction operation of Qasr-e Shirin–Khosravi railroad. The 300-km railway will connect Malayer in Hamedan province to the border city of Khosravi in Kermanshah province. President will also inaugurate construction projects of Zagros power plant as well as 5,000 residential units in this western province.
