President congratulates Paraguay s Independence Day
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a message on Thursday congratulated his Paraguayan counterpart Fernando Lugo on the country’s Independence Day.
In this message, the President expressed hope the two countries' relations would further expand in different fields of interests.
Dr.Ahmadinejad also felicitated the Paraguayan government and nation on the occasion and expressed hope that the efforts by Iranian and Paraguayan officials would lead to further strengthening of mutual ties in economic, political and cultural fields and to establishment of peace and justice as well as eradication of discrimination all over the world.
“I seize the opportunity to ask the Almighty God for prosperity and progress of the great brotherly Paraguayan nation and government,” he added.
