Addressing a ceremony to exalt services of the cabinet, President Ahmadinejad said, “In my opinion, Iranian nation is the best nation in history and the best nation in the universe today.

President Ahmadinejad said: “Commending Iranian nation is not at all an instance of racism, rather presentation of a historical fact and reality.

He said, “We thank God and are honored to be an Iranian and will remain Iranian to the end.”

Elsewhere in his address, the president said Iranian nation has a strong power of influencing reforms and construction in the world – something studied by many world scientists.

He added that today, the only nation that can address part of the world needs is the dear and honorable Iranian nation.
