Dr.Ahmadinejad said, addressing a group of Iranian people in Iran's Northeastern city of Khalilabad.

"They decide and act with utmost irrationality, but they show their deeds as rational actions, said Dr.Ahmadinejad.

He pointed to the troubles and crimes caused by the bullying powers' irrational moves, and called on such states to use "wisdom" when adopting their policies and in their behaviors.

President Ahmadinejad said a review of historical events reveals that arrogant and criminal powers trample upon ethical rules, but pretend their action to be rational, "but through these actions that they call rational, they have actually annoyed and bothered people, committed international crimes and eventually looted and humiliated the nations all throughout the history".
