Addressing a local gathering in this eastern city, the President said all Iranians, wherever they live should participate in the country's affairs, stressing that they are shouldered with the heavy responsibility of constructing Iran.

He stressed that the world oppressed nations are friends of the Iranian nation, reiterating that the big powers are trying to hinder the Islamic Republic's progress and development.

President is visiting the province as part of his fourth round of provincial tours.
