President Ahmadinejad addressed a conference on "Peace and Friendship, Iran's message for the World" on Thursday and said that love and affection between people guarantee the establishment of sustainable peace and justice all over the world.

Dr. Ahmadinejad said man has always been after materializing peace, adding the establishment of peace has been in fact one of the best dreams of mankind.

The president went on to say that injustice is to blame for all oppression, discrimination, wars and massacres in the world, adding peace and justice would prevail all over the world when people's hearts get brimful of love and affection for others.

He said that love, affection, peace and justice are what people all over the world are asking for, but that bullying and arrogant powers have always imposed feud, hostility, discrimination, genocide, massacre and war on the mankind.

Peace and security cannot be restored in the world by those who produce diseases in labs and spread them in the world to line their own pockets or by those who wage wars in other countries and kill thousands of innocent people for the sake of winning an election, said Dr.Ahmadinejad.

He said collective efforts are needed to re-establish peace in the world, adding Iranians should be given peace badges since the Iranian nation has always been the flag bearer of peace based on love and justice. He said that Iranian people have always stood by other nations in bad times and in good.

The conference in Tehran brought together officials with the Iranian Red Crescent Society as well as those working with the country's diplomatic missions overseas.
