President Ahmadinejad made a remark in a ceremony on Iran’s annual National Army Day.

President said that Iran’s Army will give a harsh and paralyzing response to any aggressions to the nation's interests and dignity.

President Ahmadinejad referred to the Iranian nation’s movement towards success to reach the peaks of science and technology.

Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has announced that Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army is prepared to safeguard and protect Iran’s territorial integrity and to maintain regional security with the cooperation of regional countries.

President Ahmadinejad referred to importance and sensitivity of the Persian Gulf region, while adding that security will be established with the collective participation of regional governments and nations, while the presence of foreign forces only stirs rifts and insecurity.

President Ahmadinejad in further remarks, referred to the Iranian people as the most pacifist nation in the world.

The president went on to point out that Islamic Iran's Army will give a crushing response to any possible conspiracy and aggression of the enemy against Iran's soil.

The ceremony marking Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army Day was held on Tuesday morning, next to the Holy Shrine of Founder of Islamic Republic of Iran, late Imam Khomeini (May his soul rest in peace) in southern Tehran, in the presence of military attaches of foreign countries in Iran, including the military attaches of Azerbaijan Republic, Indonesia, China, Turkey, and Brazil.
