The President made the remark at the mausoleum of the Father of the Islamic Revolution in southern Tehran after he and his cabinet ministers paid tribute to the Late Imam on the occasion of the 33rd victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.

President stressed that Marxism was lost in history; so will the capitalist and liberalist thought be lost in history."

Calling the Ten Day Dawn a reminder of Imam Khomeini's lofty thoughts and ideals, Dr.Ahmadinejad reiterated that the Imam was sympathizing with all the oppressed and downtrodden of the world and against all the oppressors; and through accurate foreseeing of the global developments deemed the Islamic Revolution as the continuity of the path of the messengers and a prelude for the global development and government."

Noting that today Imam Khomeini's spirit, name and thought is vociferated in each and every cry and breath of the freedom-seekers and justice-lovers of the world he added, "Indeed the westerners are placed in full stalemate and the their logic, which is the logic of arms and coercion, has no attraction, innovation and thought generation any longer."

President made it clear that Imam Khomeini's view was a universal one like that of the divine messengers and the twelve Imams and he would always consider the mission of salvaging mankind as a global mission.

He reiterated that the Late Imam Khomeini regarded saving mankind as a universal mission.

During the visit, the President and his colleagues renewed allegiance with the ideals of the Late Imam.
