President Ahmadinejad made the remarks in a phone conversation with Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa on Wednesday night.



Dr.Ahmadinejad also stated that Iran and Ecuador enjoy common stance on many international issues and lauded the revolutionary position of the Ecuadorian government and nation in the face of arrogant powers.



President underscored that the world nations will never permit hegemonic powers to impose their ways on people.



President said: “Hostile countries have used all tools to dominate the Middle East but nations will resist and defend their national interests.”



Dr.Ahmadinejad emphasized that the free and justice-seeking people of Iran and Ecuador will resist the pressures of the bullying powers.



The Ecuadorian president, for his part, expressed Ecuador's objection to foreign interference in internal affairs of the Middle Eastern states and called for peaceful strategies to put an end to the US pressures and moves against Iran and certain other countries in the region.



“Ecuador supports Tehran's peaceful nuclear energy against arrogant powers’ propaganda machine,” he added.



Correa noted that the Ecuadorian nation and government are wholeheartedly waiting for Iran’s president's visit of their country.
