He made the remark in a ceremony in the city of Qom Monday morning where he inaugurated 5,830 residential units and a cement factory.



He added that these dictators issue statements against another country to tell it to “promote democracy and hold free elections” but someone has to ask them whether they have hold free elections in their countries.



President referred to the current global and regional conditions, while adding that today the world nations have no shelter and the people of Europe do not know how to show they don’t want their rulers and are fed up with capitalism.



Referring to the ignorance of some of the regional countries, he wondered how is it that they are unwilling to accept the fact that their turns will come soon too so they spend the oil money of their oppressed nations for purchase of weapons and the arrogant powers are equipping them to deal a blow to others.



President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said that today this idea that the Western political systems cannot bring about prosperity is spreading and another ideology should replace these Western political systems.



President Ahmadinejad reiterated that the world is in need of a new idea and culture.



He said the manners of the holy household of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) were the only solutions to the present world problems.



In further remarks, President Ahmadinejad pointed out the Global Arrogance has mobilized the regional states, while underlining that these regional governments which have been armed with oil revenues and petrodollars should know that their turn will be imminent.



President further underlined that Islamic Iran should be at the pinnacle of progress, while adding that seven major plans have been prepared in the domain of economy, including plans for reformation of the banking, and distribution systems.
