President Ahmadinejad in an address to people of Kaboudar Ahang city in Hamedan Province on Wednesday said superpowers are seriously fearful of the Iranian nation's resolve to persist in making progress and turn Iran into a powerful country in the world; one that will serve as a model for other developing states.
He emphasized that the Iranian nation will defiantly resist enemy efforts aimed at impeding its progress.
He urged countries that regard themselves as world powers to correct their policies and return to the path of nations.
Meanwhile, in a meeting with provincial clerics and seminarians, Dr. Ahmadinejad said the world today is on the threshold of great developments.
President added that no Muslim individual can be indifferent to the future of the world because Islam, as a complete religion, is not confined to a specific geographical area.
He stated the current world order which is based on idolatrous thoughts is nearing its collapse, noting that Iran has an important responsibility to present a new plan for the global management.
