Dr.Ahmadinejad made the remarks during a meeting on Thursday with Iran's new ambassador to South Korea, Ahmad Masoumifar and the Islamic Republic's new envoy to Algeria Mahmoud Mohammadi.



President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says the Islamic Republic is keen to enhance its ties with countries around the world.



During the meeting, Dr. Ahmadinejad stated: “Pursuance of bilateral agreements and consolidations of ties both regional and global are considered to be the most important missions undertaken by all Iranian ambassadors around the world.



President further noted that Tehran welcomes the expansion of relations with other countries based on “justice and equality.”



The new Iranian ambassadors to South Korea and Algeria, for their part, submitted a report on their future plans to boost the Islamic Republic ties in the countries where they are due to fulfill their missions.
