The meeting of Iranian and Tajik presidents was held on the sidelines of the 11th summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization.



President Ahmadinejad underlined: "There is no hindrance on the way of boosting cooperation between Tehran and Dushanbe, describing two countries ties as 'fruitful and constructive'.



Meanwhile, President Imomali Rakhmon said Dushanbe is willing to enhance level of cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran in all arenas.



'Developing cooperation among the Persian speaking nations is beneficial for such states and the entire region,' tha Tajik president said.
