President:
Independent states should help promote justice, peace
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Sunday that all independent states and advocates of freedom, peace and justice should contribute to promote justice, peace and security round the globe.
President Ahmadinejad made the remarks in a meeting with Guinea-Bissau president's special envoy Aboubakr Dambadaha.
Dambadaha highlighted capabilities of the two countries to cooperate on economic, social, industrial and cultural fields.
President Ahmadinejad said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to upgrade the current level of relations and that Iran spares no efforts to transfer experience in science and technology to people in Guinea-Bissau.
The special envoy submitted a written message from his country’s president and said there exists suitable grounds for expansion of all-out cooperation between the two countries.
Guinea-Bissau calls for consolidation and deepening of mutual cooperation in various economic, social, scientific and cultural fields between the two countries, the envoy said.
