"America and the European states has sensed the fact and if they are hesitant to grasp it, we suggest to hold free referendums and let their nations express their ideas concerning this matter," President Ahmadinejad said.

The President added the West's support of the Zionist regime for 60 years as well as inconclusive peace negotiations justifies resistance as the only way to restore the rights of Palestinians.

He said that the very existence of the Zionist regime is a source of humiliation and insult to the world and continued that it is clear for everyone that the regime is on a mission to pave the way for the world oppressors through occupation, invasion, and warmongering.

President Ahmadinejad also noted that defending human rights and war on terrorism were merely excuses to justify presence of the Zionist regime's allies in the region.
