Minister of Science, Research, and Technology, Mohammad-Mehdi Zahedi, and a large number of the country's cultural and scientific dignitaries were present in the ceremony.



Prominent foreign instructors, researchers, and experts are also participating in the festival to exchange views on various scientific issues.



President Ahmadinejad is to address the session and he will honor 33 domestic and eight foreign selected scholars afterwards.
