President felicitates Japan on National Day
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Monday extended felicitation to the Japanese nation, government and Emperor Akihito on the occasion of the country's National Day.
In his message, Ahmadinejad expressed hope that Tehran-Tokyo relations would further deepen in order to restore international and regional peace and stability.
President Ahmadinejad also congratulated Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso on the occasion in a separate message.
