Addressing owners of windfall wealth, he added, "If justice is administered you should get offended because you have acquired it due to injustice and discriminatory policies in the society." If the government wants to regain them and put them at the public disposal, then they'll say that such policies are wrong, he said.
He added that more than 80 percent of taxes are paid by 70 percent of population who account for 30 percent of the country's total revenues.
Of course it is clear that some will get annoyed if discrimination is removed, he said, noting that if the government tries to collect fair taxes from them, they raise their voice describing the government's policies as wrong.
Stating that administering justice is difficult, Ahmadinejad further added that Imam Ali, the first Imam of Prophet Mohammad's (PBUH) Infallible Household was killed because of his efforts to administer justice.
"The main responsibility of the government is to build Iran. Therefore, we should join hands to develop the entire country," he said.
The president said that implementation of Article 44 (of the Constitution) means founding a dynamic and progressive economy and economy overhaul plan is tantamount to amending banking, taxation and customs systems. He added that the government has put them on the its agenda in a bid to administer justice and make the economy healthy.
As to Khuzestan province, he said that the government has made important decisions for the province, some of which have been implemented and some are being carried out.
The government will make basic decisions during his visit to the province, the president said.
