Addressing a news conference with local reporters in Ahvaz, he described constructive criticism by the media as useful in accelerating the province's development and said that investment in the province will go up if its potentials are introduced.



He also appreciated people of Khuzestan for their warm welcome to the Cabinet, saying that this shows their deep interest in public servants.



Speaking to reporters Wednesday night on the outcomes of his two-day visit to the province, he added that the people of Khuzestan province showed that they are ready to defend the values of the Islamic Revolution.



Love in Velayat and Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) Infallible Household, rich culture and spirit of sacrifice are among the main features of Khuzestanis, he said, adding that the province enjoys cultural and religious distinctions, which can pave the way for its prosperity.



Describing public power as a manifestation of God's power, he said that people's presence on the scene has disturbed the enemy's equations.



As in the case of nuclear issue, public presence made the enemy withdraw and accept indisputable rights of the Iranian nation, he noted.



The Cabinet approved 275 ratifications on different fields such as agriculture and industry during its provincial visit, the president said.



He also underlined that all the ratifications will be implemented fully, stating that necessary funds have been envisioned in next year's budget.



The governors general and other executive bodies should pursue the ratifications and receive necessary funds, he said, adding that they help accelerate the trend of development in the provinces.
