The president is to address the local provincial people in Ahvaz.



His provincial tour aims to review implementation of the development projects approved during his earlier visit.



The president is to address local residents at the Ahvaz main stadium, meet with families of martyrs and war veterans and hold separate meetings with provincial clerics and scholars.



The president will also hold a cabinet meeting in Ahvaz to discuss the province's needs.



President Ahmadinejad made the initiative to visit different provinces since he took office in 2005 in order to bring closer the government to ordinary people.
